I actually made one for myself first and used it to iron out most of the issues. In fact I was doing some design as I proceeded. These four were then made as a 'production' run but as you say you still learn as you carry out each step on each one of the four. My prototype uses a triangular inlay of the eucalypt spanning both box and lid in place of the pearl dots. I'll post a pic of it when I get around to putting a finish on it! Thanks Bill.
